Likes

Cognizant is good company but the managers are making it worse because of their management and also no career growth. If you are very close to manager and do lot of buttering will have career growth.

Dislikes

I hate managers in cognizant all have regional feelings. And importance to their language people they doesn't care who works hard they see how much buttering is done
