PROS: if you are lucky you get good team mates to work with.

Dislikes

CONS: An employee in trained on 'A' technology and he is allocated to 'Z' technology project of which he might have no idea. Nothing new is taken out from empoyees. Same work graph goes on. 100% politics over appraisal cycle. Work delivery of the complete matters nothing to manager and higher management. Organisation completely runson favourism. In same project where one resource works for 7hours, there might be resources who wont work for 2 hours....Read More
