not up to the mark. They never give you the incentives and other facility. you will never learn any thing new here just a monotonous type of work. You can value yourself as a labor not an accountant or finance executive. Nobody will judge you according to your knowledge. You don't need to do hard work or something very smart to rateyour self high, that's all about let them think how you make them happy.
