Authoritative Leadership, Office politics, Biased opportunities and performance reviews. Forced attrition. Insurance policy is not good. Delayed hikes and promotions, Extended work hours due to hybrid work policy. Pets take most of the perks unless you work so hard that they have to share some. Here HR’s don’t even listen to our problems. When we need help from HR’s they don’t even respond to our messages or mail but when they need something from us they directly call us. Here, TMP team will say you will get project but when our bench time ends they force us to take up service desk projects by lying you can change projectafter 6 months. They treat us like we are some garbage and they quickly want to throw us in some garbage pot. These service desk project team leads are uneducated, don’t know how hiring happens. Nothing I liked. One of the torcher organisation. Making people to commit Suicide with their behaviour. No support from anyone.

One of the worst organisation I have worked in my entire life. With no good faculty no work support. Making human torcher with their work. Mis-using of all leads. There is no person who is ready to listen to agents. If we do anything or not it's completely comes under our fault. If you don't know anything if you ask its your fault.

No job security. You will be ask to leave or resign by taking lump sump amount. No retention policy. Fake job postings on TMP. Biasing on the basis of gender. No meaning of Full time employee. No projects for PA or fresher. They will keep u for 18 months project then on bench, after that back to home.

1. Salary and hikes are low. 2. Poor employee welfare activities, once a year they take you out for team lunch. If you missed then nothing, no gifts, abs nothing, saving so much money but gives back nothing.
