I wasnt working over there. It was hiring for content writer . I was waiting for the offer letter from about 4 months. And now in september i got frustated because of their behaviour. I rejected theur offer. But after Rohit Manning consultancy requested me to atleast take an offer letter. I decided to send an email to accept the offer letter. They kept a meeting on cognizant app sir pinaci and amit was there in the meeting. Those bulshit people were again n again saying that we should keep a patience to have an offer letter. What a freaky mind they have. I mean i am waiting from 4 months and now they are not accepting me by giving me a reason that i am not stable person.I have all the emails with me. Chats with me. Salary credited on time. Two way cab. Large campus. Once in 6 months we use to go to trip to nearby places.

No work life balance. Constant pressure to meet targets. Worked overtime without any additional payment. Leads will put you on PIP if you don't meet the targets.

After giving training in academy, there are lot of irregularities in project allocation. Joiners have to wait for 1-6 weeks for projects and also some problems after that. They also don't allow them to report from home during this waiting period (where they are just sitting idle for days).

They don't event respect contract employee even though they are senior's than on roll employees. If they any lag in your task they won't even inform you or discuss with you 1 to 1, straight away they will ask you to leave not even considering about the employee life.

No work-life balance. you need to work like a machine no matter day or night. Still gets very less hikes and that too after too much delays. If your project is completed so as you are. You'll be removed from org. On investment on employee engagement and no proper promotion and hikes.
