I had an worst experience in Cognizant, Some people does not have the basic courtesy that how to behave with employees.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high, They always threatening employees to connect on Saturday and Sunday. Some Managers don't have the basic courtesy with employees . No HR Policy, nothing. Its like an government office for the senior peoples.
