But if you give more importance to mental health than salary don't join this company. You are literally a slave of the client and no body will speak for you.. and if your too lucky to get a client like Novartis(pharmaceutical company) and especially get into celonis tool project then you can say bye bye to your mental health and just hug the salary you get and stay. Working hard is not the issue but the politics they play and the slavery you guys will experience is more than what was done in the colonization period. Anand from global large deals team.
Few members of the global large deals team are worse. Priya raghav and Ashwini rathore doesn't know how to talk to people. Ashwini even talked about my family very rudely. I would suggest don't join cognizant. Even if you join, don't join the global large deals team. Your life will be miserable.

In some departments people (especially managers) don't even respond. And forget about HRs, they'll address your queries once ina blue moon.
I dislike the stubborn culture. They take feedbacks and then drain them through the gutter.

I don’t know in which era the owners are living in, where they think giving 5 days of paternity leaves are more than enough. After giving training in academy, there are lot of irregularities in project allocation. Joiners have to wait for 1-6 weeks for projects and also some problems after that. They also don't allow them to report from home during this waiting period (where they are just sitting idle for days).
