Dislikes

I have around 2+ years of experience with cognizant and there are more learnings here and I have faced few challenges like less hike and not getting any recognition for who worked well, and no shift allowances, there are many politics here for promotion and hikes, i mean if here work doesn't matter who is familiar with management they will get the better monitory benefits.
