Worst management ever i seen in my life.no growth no job security no satisfaction no.wotk.life balance.specially hyderabad nanakramguda branch very cheep and worst management is there.they dont have process knowledge even they dont know how to behave with people.attrition level is too high..which i not seen any other company..when ican see due to misbehave of management staff is leaving the organisation.where employee not get any kind of support and tourcher there staff will leaving the organization.think twice joined in cognizant specially hydrabadd branches....Read More

Nothinh is there to like in the company spcially in mangement everything is worst.so the management need to be changed then only people will.stay other wise everyone cant last more then 6 months.worst management and worst environment .
