I don’t see any positives here. I have worked at different companies, and the work culture in this one is not as good compared to others. There is no value for employees. I think many people have been working here for long years, but most senior employees, especially project managers, don’t have knowledge of the current project domains. Regional discrimination, favouring the people from Tamil and no respect to the other regions. Even the deserving appreciation is never recieved.

Flexibility of extended remote work

Dislikes

The management is never in the favour of its employees. You will not get any benefits apart from the extra work that you have to do everyday. The appraisal is very less and on some years they delay it. I got a rating of 5/5 and my delayed appraisal for this year was 8% They will never release you from the project even if you're unhappy in it. You'll be forced to resign in the situation.

Work life balance was good. Learnt so much about new technologies.

No promotion from past 5 years even I was managing project alone, there was no support from anyone and no appreciation. Very low hike. Poor management.

Projects which can happen through work from home is being done by work from office Mainly the project is of Chennai client location and all my colleagues are at Chennai location , only I am working at Hyderabad location and I am being forcely called to office which has no use I just come and swipe for 2 min and travel 1 hr and come back and work from home Looks totally meaningless

Very less hikes and no promotion They have Internal job movement policy but don’t have positions to move around Manager doesn’t know what/how we are performing (which directly effects appraisal )
