PDP or Bench process. 35 days period is far too less to find a new project. Bench period should be 3 months to get grommed and ready for New Assignments. In that 3 month months an Employee can engage in multiple trainings to get themseld ready for New Assignments.

Any time you will be thrown out, Work load is heavy if you have good technical skills. If no technical skills and if you are pet to your manager you can leave and grow your family even if there is burning issues
