My interview held virtually, first round with hr was great, second round was with ops where she started ns asked me about my work experience l, I was still telling about myself she suddenly asked how do you handle a irate customer, I told her and she just ended interview in may be 30 or 40 seconds that's it worst company, I have never faced an interview like this where they are insulting you infront and she said you can drop I will share feedback but before I could drop she started saying ye Banda nahi hai yar casually and I felt so disrespectful though I dropped the call worst experience never join...Read More

Management is completely messed up. They have a pathetic client. Managers and Leads are cleverly and cunningly biased. No work ethics. Work culture is worse. Management's style of handling subordinates is typically like a modern slavery. HRs at the time of hiring makes deceitful comments related to growth and that is how they sell ideas in order to hire and fulfill the management hiring requirements. The management will make work in nights but they will not pay night shift allowance. This company has no perks and benefits. I have been working with this organisation since 1.7yrs and got enough learning opportunities , worked with really talented and professionals out here also the management and seniors are enough helpful and supportive to guide and show the path to be successful. Got a very supportive team to work together as well, 5 days working is an adhoc benefits you get here.

Most communicative recruiting team (Mallar and Sulagna) . Getting training direct from clients. Amazing neat and clean office stations. Nice and organised cafeteria. Good ambience. Helpful seniors like Sunny sir, Khaba sir and Divya mam. Shift timings are perfect for me. Have the facility of drops at night.
