At CogentHub we deliver an entire spectrum of BPM services in verticals such as Finance & Accounting, Telecoms & Utilities, Retail Management, Healthcare, Hospitality, Personal Care, e-Commerce amongst others. These services are voice (inbound and outbound sales, customer services, technical support, lead generation, appointment setting and Helpdesk) and non-voice (email & chat support, social media support, accounting, database management, data entry, transcription and claims procurement) delivered. Our main USP is that that our call centre is technology-enabled. The technology deployed helps agents follow complicated or easy conversational processes, whether they are verifying a customer’s identity, processing an order, providing feedback to a customer or collecting details from the customer.
