There is nothing to like in this Company.. The working culture is very bad. Think 200 times before you join this Organization... Here your skills and experience is not important.. Here the need to have a qualification which is you need to know how to buttering the manager.There are few employee who are doing that and there are doingexcept buttering of the manager. 1 TL is there who just do that and that is the reason she has appointed as a TL.
