Need to improve alot off facility for the employees required, it's an biggest draw back as per my experience which i received complaints from employees, in operations there are alot off politics, if employees requirements and facilities are there bulk of hiring and target which company has it will be successful please note it, as per my truth experience thank you cogent team.

This is a company which has a muti tiered scam system. During the interview process, I cleared my salary expectations in the very start, they made me go through 4 rounds of interview ( each 1.5 hours), then manipulated me to submit my documents before even releasing the offer letter by telling me that is how the offer letter will bereleased, then after 2 days, they happened to offer the salary which was even lesser than my current CTC. If they don’t have the budget, they should tell candidates upfront. There is no exception for late punch-in (even a sec late isn’t exempted) and they will mark as half day for each day a person is late. No proper hierarchy. Bad and dirty politics....Read More

There were so many cultures and religioner person jobed but everyone live like family that's why I like there culture. When I was joined cogent then I was like so nervous hasitating nature but now I'm very confident. They were built and gained my skills.

There is no work-life balance in this company, the managers just ask you to work on your week-offs. They're always boasting about the promotions which only happens when there is a shortage in their staff, and when they do give promotions, it's only for the bootlickers. I've known a lot of colleagues there that have shown exceptionalskills and deserve to get a promotion but they never got it. The company culture is so toxic that I've seen 3 managers leave this job in a total span of 1 year.
