Nothing much to like here. At one time they gave WFH but it put us in trouble.

Dislikes

The salary came on time only one month out I worked there. Normal date for salary was 10-14th. Twice it came between 25-28th. Lack of proper business concept. Just looking for cheap labour. Overworked colleagues who don't train you and then report that they did. No appraisals and politics which will hamper peace of mind. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
