The director of the company is true leader. He motivates people to learn and grow in the organisation. He is always there for this team. There is self learning in the company.

Dislikes

The Marketing team lead is not deserving of the title. He delegates all his work to the team. Himself, he is simply roaming around and having fun. Moreover, people who genuinely work are not allowed to take leaves because otherwise the so called team leads will have to work themselves. Same goes with HR. No skills no work. Some people are dominating & always showing off their knowledge (only to please themselves, otherwise no one actually cares)....Read More
