No tight hierarchy structure,work timings are convenient (you'll be out of the office by 7), exposure to a variety of sectors

Dislikes

No strictly-defined work portfolios ( although that can contribute to your all-round skill building), administrative department needs some work (reimbursement for travel etc is a prolonged process)
