Honestly nothing apart from getting to know people during training.

False information during interview. Hired for customer service only but asked to manage sales, complaints, retentions along with customer service. Deduction of PF from in hand amount saying that sorry our HR made a mistake. No understanding at all.

They made us work extra hours without pay for overtime in the DPD process and the mentor Saquib was a Muslim guy so he gave preference to Muslims, and most of the employees in CapitaO2 process are Muslims

Only good thing was I was getting salary on time and the training was good.

Office politics and a** licking of the managers by some employees and it was encouraged my Managers as well. Freshers are sidelined on the floor.
