Toxic work culture No. Work life balance No fair compensation Salary and appraisal they give is peanut. No respect for loyalty, honesty and your contribution go unnoticed. No plans for your career progression.

Wolk life balance is good here. Depending upon the project you need to go to the office. Some projects ask the employees to come for 5 days in a month. But some asks to report for 12 days a month

Dislikes

Ratings are based on your projects. Even if you work extremely you will 2 to 3 percent hike. Don't expect a good rise for each year. And if you get rejected in any of the project interviews, stayed for 1 or 2 month in bench you will be put into the 4th bucket and you will not receive your hike and variable pay. None of the morons will have this kind of rules.

Work life balance. On time salary. Good client but depends on project. Good job security even project is rolled off, they will allocate new project. They will give more interviews while in bench.

Dislikes

Every year project get rolled off. There is no long time project. Worst management even you resigned no one will contact. Buyout option available here, but they will not get, have to stay all 90 days notice period.

Earlier it was good but now upper management doesn’t care for you they won’t reply if u want to discuss about promotion and salary,very low appraisal and in most cases no appraisal

I liked the project I worked. I could learn many things. My manager was encouraging and taught several new things. Flexible but being responsible is important.

Ratings and hikes are not satisfactory. So many things comes to consideration so you do not have chance to speak.
