Politics. We can learn how to be politician.
For 3 years management was unable to create backup for my work. Never given opportunity for next level. Got rating 1 for 2 continuous years. But no hike or promotion. Very cunning those who took long leaves got promoted and hike. No back up plan I was forced to quit. Sorry to say this it is a fact.

Capgemini managers always support employees who does lot of errors (bulk errors) and retain them even if they continue makeing errors. They support those employees who take unplanned leaves for weeks together. Never question them....eg.. ask them what happened for sandvik project for region India.....very good for time killers. Not suited for hard workers.
Very good company because they don't plan for backup for years..ask them what happened for TE project region India...some how due to pressure they gave one backup who worked for about 6 months took about a month of unplanned leave..gave bulk errors.

I worked in Capgemini 1.8 years, HRs are too toxic, very poor management. HR won't be talk you properly. I should recommend plz don't join Capgemini.
No proper management, HRs are toxic, they don't care about employees. There is proper policy for employees. No salary hick, no promotion, no work like balance. Third class management..

Management is full of self righteous low iq people. Absolute zero hikes and no promotions. Abysmal salary and on top of that management wants everybody to work from office for 9 hours and then work from home for another 3 hours. The India CEO statement of 9.5 hours is absolutely false.

Everyone that is not on a higher post is good but the top management is very bad.
There is no communication between the top management. Nobody wants to take any ownership. Incase you need anything from them they just keep redirecting from one person to another until you give up.
