- I for one am Not obsessed with annual appraisals, however there is a great disparity with how they pay their existing employees vs newer ones, regardless of how well they are doing. This is very discouraging and it encourages attrition. - Since it is an MNC there is desperation among people for onsite opportunities. This can be toxic to some people. - There is no flexibility in changing roles. Managers often assign roles that the project requires rather than what the employee desires in his career. There is a lack of a technical ladder and often people are forced into management roles. Freshers are often overtrained and are assigned roles irrelevant to their training and ambitions. - The IT processes are well defined however they are very slow in response and often do a poor job. The HR follow the norm of being the worst people on this planet. They forget that it is their job to help employee before police around corporate nonsense!...Read More

Nothing Specific Stands Out. Only positive is the retention of employee.

No Hikes, No Promotions. Top Leadership is Old. They don’t understand the changing trends. They have not changed their mindset with the time. If you are lucky you may get some good project otherwise you will struggle.

It depends on the account you are in. Multiple short time on-site opportunities.

Dislikes

Worst higher management. Lot's of micromanagement, you cannot work from home as per your own comfort. If you do wfh on non designated day then manager applies leave on your behalf. No team collaboration. No scope for skill development. You keep working on the legacy systems and tech stacks.

Salary paid on time which is very important for any employee to continue to work with company and also the Training part which is also very all employees to learn as much as they can.

Dislikes

There is not promotion for some employees if they are exceeded 4-5 years or more which is not good culture for any company.

Very bad appraisal structure and compensation benefits, you might join at high salary cap but within a year or so you will be under paid

It's completely a disastrous condition to join this company. It has no values, no policies for women employees , you don't get good long term projects here .

Till now, work life balance was good in my previous projects. Also, good options to gain new knowledge/certifications.

Dislikes

Appraisal are not transparent and minimal not adjusted as per market. Also, no reins on n+1, as there are no skip meets to raise concern. No promotion increments or minimal, so no motivation.

Overall great place to learn and grow, never expect a company to grow your career. It never happened and it will never happen. It's you who navigate and choose to grow based on your hunger and ambition. I saw my colleague who had no hungers as they had no responsibility tonpay huge emi sk they enjoy whatever company pays.

Great team managers and leaders. Decent perks and annual hikes for performers. Fantastic office campus with great facilities. Moderately good flexibility in office hours and remote work.

Dislikes

Annual Leave policy is lower than industry standard. Mandatory back to office without considering project requirements is bit illogical. Work arrangements need to be more logical and in sync with individuals instead of a one size fits all approach.
