Work environment is good, transport facilities is overwhelming
This company doesnt looks after the growth of its employees. Its policies have huge gaps. The internal job mobility process is ridiculous, the mandatory notice period of theee months is non negotiable, there is no but out policy for capgemini indian employees. The pay structure is awful. There is no growth in terms of salary. If youjoin at 20000 rs a month you shall end at 22000 after 4 years. If you are late for even 5 mins your shift allowance would be deducted. They dont give wfh unless u r a TL of manager. So at the end you will get frustrated as you will not be able to go out of the company as nobody would wait for u 3 months and neither u will feel lile to stay. I would recommend everyone not to apply to this company till the time its do or die situation....Read More

There is nothing to like about since lot of internal politics have ruined the culture of organization and top management are involved to give support on the same. Corrupt top management in India and supress juniors as per their convenience.
Managers , Top Management and policies are not getting adhered or followed as per expected. Discrimination, data manipulation by top management post employee left organization. to maintain their bell curve.

Very less increment. Management false commitment makes employee unsatisfied. Too much risky company for Subcons. No negotiation on your notice period when you put papers, permanent employees need to serve 3 months but while joining they will ask you to join immediately.
