Apart from hybrid model , Now days earlier Capgemini is no more in reality, there is no more passion remaining among employees not in overall compnys environment, ok for freshers if don't want good hike yearly basis

Appraisal ℅ are very less ( not even matching with inflation) even though candidate are top rater.
