The company policies are good..

Dislikes

Noida location project lead managers are not in sync with the team members, too much partial and self centred, no job security and growth.. you need to be managers favourite and should learn to say YES for each and everything.. increments are worst in the industry..

Work Details

Work life is poor... on papers everything plotted very beautifully, however in reality it's very bitter and hard to servive..

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

a technical manager

Can we change domain after 16 years of experience?

I'm working as a technical manager (Java based) in a global Bank having 16 years of experience, my whole career is with banking and financial services. Current CTC is 34LPA. Now I think to change my job to get more salary, i get very few calls for interview because of 3 months notice period, and few of them were from different domains ( health care, logistics etc.). Is it wise to change domain? Or better to look for internal jobs with the bank?
