They not give promotions and opportunities to enhance your skills, manager decide in which project you work and not interested in our interests. It is not good for freshers who want enhance your skill in perticular domain, it is only in managers hand

Capgemini believes in work life balance. We used to have furloughs. Otherwise also tasks were not rushed. Sufficient time was given for each task. In case the task required to be hurried, time was later given to relax, before starting a new task. Trainings were good and knowledgeable. You were never denied leaves, provided you applied atleast 45 days in advance, for long leaves. Otherwise also managers and team leads were good and understanding. As mentioned, job stability was not there. Once you are out of a project and HRs are not showing enough interest to get you interviews for new projects, you should understand that the company wants you to quit. You would immediately understand this shift in behaviour, once you are out of a project and no one contacts you for next three weeks.

Currently I'm working on my third project at Capgemini, and what I appreciate the most is supportive environment. My manager and team are always encouraging, making it easy to collabourate, learn and grow. The exposure to diverse projects and technologies has beed invaluable in shaping my automaiton testing skills

one of the biggest challenges has been the salary hikes and promotions cycle, especially for freshers. the increments are quite low, and carrer progression feels slow due to a lack of transparency in the promotion process. Despite receiving strong performance ratings from manager(2 which is very good), HR often downgrade it to 3(average) citing arbitary reasons such as incomplete training modules or remote work policies. There is under staffing managers forces employees to do extra hour Shifts. Logging on weekends. There is no overtime payment policy. 1 person is tasked to do 2 persons work, also there is no increment in salary.
