Good nature and friendly atmosphere.

Toxic nature. In my I don't have any projects my supervisor assigned me though tasks ( Full app, application, chat bot dataverse tables etc) I have only 1.5 years of experience only I said but he doesn't leason to me and given to months time only for complete it. At least lost my job.

Everything. Recruited me in Java role, placed in devops oriented monitoring role which I had no relation in skill set wise. Had to learn and deliver 5-6 new technologies/scripting languages in first 4 months. Pathetic managers and higher management, full of micromanagement, has software oriented hours monitoring in laptop. Lots of work pressure, burnout, no work life balance. It is a good company to start your career because you will get to learn much more, they have extensive learning programs and collaboration with various vendors for external certifications. Overall it's a good company to work if you get good manager and project.

Work life balance is not possible here.. Client project expectations are very high. These days CG is careless and can throw out anyone giving compliance reasons. No salary hikes even if you have worked so hard.

Lot of senior leadership with poor vision and understanding of work load at ground level. Expectation is to work horribly all the time including holidays and weekends. Your choices are not respected , when you request for kind of skill/role , no one listens and you are forced to continue where they feel

Higher management is very friendly Ethical behaviour in organisation No one tries to force you do something which is not under your scope(other than your project work) Location chnage is possible Hybrid work mode is also very flexible(for experienced resource) For freshers it's mandatory WFO You will get nice CTC while joining as an experienced resource. No dress code you can come as you want

No salary hikes but you get promotion 😂(so the CTC you joined should should be high and capgemini give high package while joining as an experienced resource, so won't be any increments further) No bonus Other than this nothing much I observed bad here

Current project has terrible micromanagement. The manager puts extreme workload and target team member purposely for her choice. She forces few people to come to office at her choice of days and makes it compulsion

Knowledge is valued, respect is not there and work culture like labour class, don't expect any help from HR or management if you are 100% true and product live as well, if your manager is toxic and untruth then also manager's untruth will be supported.
