Technically growth has slow down in Capg from last 1 year. No appraisals or promotions even after giving best.

Working in Capgemini was really a good experience. The best part which I liked about Capgemini is I was the architect of my own career. Project Assignment was very quick for me. In my entire close to 4 years tenure in Capgemini I was never on bench. I had an excellent bonding with the client.

Dislikes

Appraisal and benefits Reward were less Even after upgrading my skills, I was never interviewed for any other projects.

Get one cloud certification reimbursement per year. Keeps employees updated with training related trending technologies like generative AI.

As a fresher you may end up working for the same position and on same salary for long period. I have saw the freshers(who have done graduation from BCS, BCA) who joins Capgemini at CTC 2.5 LPA and after 3 years was on 2.75 LPA. So as a fresher you might stuck in this. There is nothing to like about working at Capgemini, It was a nightmare for me.

Dislikes

Managers try to put in a spot, blaming you for something which you haven't done. They'll throw people out very easily. I have wasted 1 year just to get onboarding email from capgemini and later when I received, after my training, there were no projects and they wantedly conducted some exams, interviews and when we gave our 100%, gave all false feedback. I can never suggest Capgemini to anyone.

Dislikes

Learning and upskilling wise company is good. But you don't expect good projects where you should be deployed. Mostly support projects are here only. Project team leads are not that supportive kind of nature.

The EPIP campus is well maintained and we have lots of stall for lunch, that's the good point. And we have good seating arrangements there.

Capgemini higher management is very useless. Capgemini management do not have any experience in handling engineering and research and development business. Altran and Aricent management was good well capable person to handle E R&D projects.

Here in capgemini we have good RNR ( Rewards and recognition policy) You should make your visibility whether you work or not. Visibility is very much important. WFH depends on your manager.
