Otherwise a good company to work for but fraught by shortsightedness of leaders especially in India. My experience while in the UK was remarkable for the same company, but here in India growth has been a struggle, got promoted but eventually reorganisation meant I was set back by years, so were many others. It seems clock resets after every 4-5 years negating the hardwork. Spent 10+ years, a mixed experience. this company has good image but is a poor paymaster and if stuck for long can impact overall growth. Have seen few smart people who decided to move out after few years and then come back at a higher grade and salary....Read More
