1. N+1 people's are show their designation power on N-1 people's. 2. High Variable pay. 3. We will not get E2E project experience in any of the project. 4. No Hike. 5. If you got hike then that is only 2-3% on your ctc not on your basic salary.

I never worked at Capgemini office. Through out my work duration I was deployed at client place (HP). So don't know much about work culture of Capgemini.

Dislikes

High variable percentage which is payable once in a year. HR people are not much helpful. Management is poor in LBS (Local Business Service). Very less onsite opportunities.

Its great because I was deployed at Client location (HP). No daily basis communication with parent company Capgemini.
