Overall it was good experience as a fresher. I joined in 2016. Team members who ever I have had worked with all were very helpful in nature. Training was of 3 months but probation period of 6 months. Salary hike is very less. As fresher the load will be less and you will have alot of learning experience as a fresher. But if see as promotion and salary hike wise, it is very bad at that.
