No salary appraisal I have worked almost 2+ years. Don't Even get a single rs hike in my salary. It is the same form where i started. I also met with people who worked here from almost year and their story is also the same

1. Less Salary for experienced people. Example - 2 years of experience employee getting lower than the freshers salary. 2. No work - life balance, As we work more than the shift hours. 3. Giving huge work responsibilities to only one employee without hiring the required number of people. 4. Working culture is good. Very very few people are genuine. Skill development opportunities are really excellent. You can manage work life balance very well.

Dislikes

Vertical is as per technology not as per domain (which other organization have). Service line leadership fighting with each other. No robust process for performance rating. Still using bell curve. Real added valued resources are getting bad rating and leaving organization very often. Most of the senior designated leaders are of nouse. Promotions and hikes are based on favoritism and not on your work. Howmuch ever you work it isn't appreciated. Not even acknowledged. Micro management is on different level in here. Here there is no such thing called work life balance. You should treat your work is life.

It offers good work life balance but it depends on the project. If you are into support, you will have lot of time to upskill and switch.

Management sucks. But it depends on the project. I had 3 years of good management where promotions and appreciation were on par but when a new manager joined, the project turned upside down, no hike, no promotions, no appreciations, they dont value us and puppet of higher management.

Nothing is likable in this company. It's my worst decision to join this company.

No promotion or hike, useless mandatory trainings with longest hours sometimes even more than your deliverables, They ask to come to office but have no parking space so you will have to park your vehicle almost over 1km and walk from there, most expensive cafes where even shevpuri costs 40rs, no good food options, they force to learn new things but don't give any chance to actually implement those even after asking for years. It was very good earlier when it got .erged Kanbay with Capgemini.. but now a days it is not doing good at all.. especially the revision, new logos or NO new positions at offshore or onsite not at all. Not sure what is happening cross.. however it is good to look into salary revision.. specially for long termers... Hope things will move positively in 2025 Tleast ..

There is job security if you are performing average or above average too. The mentality/ culture of company is of service based. so as long as you have project , you are safe obiously but even if you are not on project then also you will enough oppurtunity to save your poaition.

In terms of salary and promotion , management says they doea not have anything in their hand. After covid they sets mind of employee of low to no incrwment. even if your project is doing well then also you wont have a good increment or in some cases low increment too.
