Likes

Working in Capgemini is great.Complete Work From Home facility is going on.No compulsion to get back to office.Atmosphere is fine.No pay cuts.Steady flow of income.Varoius incentives to motivate people are going on.Seperare online meditation and wellness programmes are underway.

Yes improvements can be many for a better environment.It depends from person to person.But yes improvements in certain field is strictly required.

Work Details

Work life is balanced.No extra pressure.Saturday Sunday being off is a great source of relief.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Except the salary structure, rest are all fine. I left the organization only because the salary structure is lowest compared to other similar organization. Otherwise it is one of the best work and corporate culture in kolkata.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
