There is under staffing managers forces employees to do extra hour Shifts. Logging on weekends. There is no overtime payment policy. 1 person is tasked to do 2 persons work, also there is no increment in salary.

I expected 10 years with Capgemini 4 times I got 0% annual appraisal not only me many people they didn't get any appraisal, 4 times I got highest rating but appraisal % like 3%, 4%, 2.19% like that. I advise please don't join Capgemini for Non IT (BPO).

HR policies too worsts, I have cleared the technical rounds and not released offer letter. HR reply is previous company which worked 10 yrs back not functions now its in default list. How come employee responsible if any companies closed. If Capgemini also not functioning after some period of time, want to blame employees? I have all the documents and worked genuinely for all companies and requested to HR to check that period of time companies functioning or not. HR disconnected the call and no response for calls or messages. HR unprofessional behavior disappointed . My humble request all, Pls don't join Capgemini they not following any standard policies. Here in capgemini we have good RNR ( Rewards and recognition policy) You should make your visibility whether you work or not. Visibility is very much important. WFH depends on your manager.

My manager and team are always encouraging, making it easy to collabourate, learn and grow. one of the biggest challenges has been the salary hikes and promotions cycle, especially for freshers. the increments are quite low, and carrer progression feels slow due to a lack of transparency in the promotion process. Despite receiving strong performance ratings from manager(2 which is very good), HR often downgrade it to 3(average) citing arbitary reasons such as incomplete training modules or remote work policies. HR is not responsive .They dont reply mails .Dont join any Gurugaon based project .they will Harras you like anything .they will make your life hell .if they will not increment is fine but atleast don't torture people . Some managers like Abhishek Jain , Gunjan Chopra they will hound you like anything.They force you to leave the job .
