I like the work culture the most, which is being followed in most of the projects in Capgemini. The learning and development team and the liabrary team contributes a lot for the culture. The interview process is quick , and the interviews are usually smooth , provided the person has good knowledge .Capgemini is good in terms of re hiring the ex-employees.I am happy to be a part of Capgemini.
