It's a funding indian Elections and AI. You told me to go for vacations and you terminate me. Even you didn't provide me 1 month leaves that was accumulate by me for last 3-4 years. Pandit, Muslim and Lower caste is a combination which used to make business down and you can see the share market. That's why we facing riot's these days.

Company has a political inclinations towards a certain political party i.e. Congress lead front. Company has huge management cost which should be reduced. It's a Non Indian Multinational company which a threat to security. You is supporting to certain caste. Too much women friendly and too much muslim friendly. You are not focus on your employees. You are helping other companies.

Work life balance completely satisfied, no more restrictions, if you complete your work you can enjoy your freedom, peaceful environment, lovely accamadation.

Salary is not as per market standards. They do not provide you any reason for providing you hike and promotion , the management take the decision , the reason for the decision making on what hike to give a person remains unknown . Cannot leave a project , you would have to quit the job or face a lot other repercussion in the process of leaving a project voluntarily . No flexibility in that sense. . Cannot change your domain . Company is full of politics . No other perks , no benefits , the medical insurance policy is also not good ( any claim is bound to be rejected ) . I worked in Capgemini 1.8 years, HRs are too toxic, very poor management. HR won't be talk you properly. I should recommend plz don't join Capgemini.

Everyone that is not on a higher post is good but the top management is very bad.

There is no communication between the top management. Nobody wants to take any ownership. Incase you need anything from them they just keep redirecting from one person to another until you give up.

I am now in Kolkata CG and start from beginning I was report to someone who is from Delhi but right now my supervisor change to Kolkata. So what I realized that out side Kolkata CG work culture is excellent so those who want to Join CG then please avoid Kolkata CG because so many unprofessional, primitives age people are manage Kolkata CG.

I dislike CG do not raise salary first two years and after that the raise is very minimum secondly location specific work culture followed instead of a central culture. So just be careful on the same and please avoid Kolkata CG
