Likes

Mostly everything depends on what project you are assigned to. Opportunities are plenty as long as you have the talent and a non-compromising mindset. Lots of learning opportunities through plenty of 3rd party learning platforms and even a pretty good internal L&D team. Limited on-site chances considering a huge employee base in India.

Skill development - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

RMG team isn't that great at aligning you to the right projects and there is very less transparency internally. You can expect this in such a big organization and this makes it tough to find the right kind of project that you can enjoy especially for freshers where most of them are put in to support projects forcibly even though their profiles are good.
