Since my day1 is in Wells Fargo client location, I can't give more reviews on Capgemini but can share wells Fargo review if required.

Dislikes

They should provide more briefing on Capgemini company since we are not going to company from Day 1 as we are going to work at client location. They need to brief HR policy and company employee benefits.

Careless about employee hardwork.Recognition very less., no appreciation, Middle management should be change frequently,so analyst who worked directly with customer get recognised.

Safe and sound job as i was deployed at client site .No issues as such apart from 0 to 5% yearly hike only .

Dislikes

0 to 5% yearly hike hardly . No promotions . If someone has 10 LPA then 2-3% hike means nothing . Project change next to impossible though they have 18 months rule . 0 Variable for year you exit from company

Working culture is good. Very very few people are genuine. Skill development opportunities are really excellent. You can manage work life balance very well.

Vertical is as per technology not as per domain (which other organization have). Service line leadership fighting with each other. No robust process for performance rating. Still using bell curve. Real added valued resources are getting bad rating and leaving organization very often. Most of the senior designated leaders are of nouse. Too much politics ...RMG, Hr and junior managers don't know how to talk with new joiners or with employees. Hr's and manager are too confused about job role and salary/ location discussion. At first they agree on everything but once you joined they company they deny on everything that has been discussed earlier even if it's on mail ..and put you on bench and after 6 months asked you to leave due to bench period over or you are not able to be billable. Also your probation with not be confirmed and having said that they will kick you out of the company. Even if you complain to HR about the issues. So if you want to stay in this company don't stand for your rights and just stay as per them because manager and HR ...they can change policy anytime as per their convenience and ask to to obey otherwise there will be termination which leads to no job security in this company....Read More

They dont care about Work life balance .. in some projects u will need to work for more than 10 hrs daily.. Sometimes they missed to communicate important notifications with me like - Furlough leave, When i asked they told me about the furloughs. Also salary hikes are low.. For small Duration u can join like 1.5 years later u can switch.

No information about the last working day untill the last working day. Even after followup for 1 continuous month, there is no clear information about the work order extension. I asked the manager about the work order extension for every single day and no reply about it. Ensure you have rapo with your vertical head or manager, more than your project manager. Because if your are thrown out of current project, you will be deployed to the new project by your vertical head. Some projects require mandatory work from office. You will not get to know untill the project go live. Transition project is worst, because current project handling company will not be easily handover the KT to the new team. Multiple information will not be provided properly. You will be always considered as choice for temporary period. Once the transition is completed and project goes live, old company employee will replace you at anytime.
