Likes

Offers huge variety of options to work from right from BPO, Technology to consulting. It offers nice work life balance. It has very strong HR policies. Huge presence in many countries offers lots of onsite opportunities.

Dislikes

Its Internal Job Posting process is really bad. The company is growing really really slowly. Growth in terms of money is really really painful.

Work Details

My work is generally involving interacting with multiple stakeholders. We get to work on deals from different geographies.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
