It's aa good workplace and I like the project as a fresher I learnt lot of things in the Capgemini which are helpful for me in future

Just one thing as a location which we work but as per the client they ask us to shift it's not company one but it will be good if we get nearest office form our place as a base location

I am in Finance and haven't seen much work pressure here. They have more than enough FTEs to perform activites. Job security is good. Hybrid mode structure is there so one is not forced to come to office everyday.

Dislikes

For Fresher they have special bond in offer letter of 2 lacs if someone leave the organisation before years they have to pay training expenses of 2lacs. They also provide 50k of retention bonus after 2 years which is fully recoverable if you leave within one year of payout. CTC Structure of Capgemini very misleading and disappointing. Since my day1 is in Wells Fargo client location, I can't give more reviews on Capgemini but can share wells Fargo review if required.

Dislikes

They should provide more briefing on Capgemini company since we are not going to company from Day 1 as we are going to work at client location. They need to brief HR policy and company employee benefits.

Salary paid on time which is very important for any employee to continue to work with company and also the Training part which is also very all employees to learn as much as they can.

There is not promotion for some employees if they are exceeded 4-5 years or more which is not good culture for any company.

Work life balance. On time salary. Good client but depends on project. Good job security even project is rolled off, they will allocate new project. They will give more interviews while in bench.

Every year project get rolled off. There is no long time project. Worst management even you resigned no one will contact. Buyout option available here, but they will not get, have to stay all 90 days notice period.
