Training: You will be having good opportunity to learn new technologies here. But you wont get opportunity to implement your learning skills in desired projects. Job Security: One need to beg for projects and RMG team doesn't co-operate with you or help you to find opportunities. On top of it if you don't find project in desired time you will be fired. Career Growth: It's manager driven company, If you are your managers person then only you will get some career growth, Instead if you wanted to grow with your skills and with your own talent, Then forget this company. Salary/ Appraisal: This is always ? (Question Mark). I don't think 1% or 0% hike is salary/ Appraisal growth. Travel: You will have short travels only. Politics: Highly available :) Work environment: Capgemini wanted to sped good amount to showcase ambiance of their office. You will not be having work-life balance. If you talk about your imbalances, Instead of support you may here that that's your problem. I can give such many points which you should think before joining. Worst management and appraisal system. Don't expect to be recognized for your efforts and one can forget about career growth once joined
