The ambience is good.

My manager and team lead, they tend to give responsibility who don't work while hardworking employees do get recognition but no responsibilities as that is given who hang around with them, they have been trying to find out ways to go after my job, but when malpractices done by their so called friends, they protect them like their own babies.

I am serving CG more then 31 months but no promotion or salary hike they are giving 1 to 2 percent hike for 2 years. We canot easily connect with HR. TL and Managers are ultimate.

HR professionals do not join Capgemini. The worst thing is the company culture, If you have enough butter and oil then an individual can grow here. No upskilling and opportunities in IJP. The HR doesn't share full HR Policy about benefits and appraisal and HR manual to employees. Annual increment depends on manager biased. The worst part is 90 days notice period without any buyout option. The company interview is full of drama and they'll put you in a servicedesk job and make your job profile worst everyday. Managers are not knowledgeable about process and procedures they hire wrong professional for the wrong position. one of the biggest challenges has been the salary hikes and promotions cycle, especially for freshers. the increments are quite low, and carrer progression feels slow due to a lack of transparency in the promotion process. Despite receiving strong performance ratings from manager(2 which is very good), HR often downgrade it to 3(average) citing arbitary reasons such as incomplete training modules or remote work policies.
