Flexible working time. Working environment is good. Understanding employee problem is better and provide wfh based on those requirements.

I Gate has very good work culture and promote fun at work with lots of activities around the campus. I Gate provides best opportunities to work on site at customer location and growth internally is one of the best in the industry.

Projects at IMS are not technically sound projects but are most towards operation and limited to L1 and L2 scope.
