Have encountered worst experience with a senior person who is more into forming the terrible harassing environment and strangest thing is they do not have cameras on floor to provide support and evidences of our complaints.

No appreciation, no increment, no promotion....only higher management people get salary increments and promotion. For lower level employees they dont have budget... No recognition from team manager...team lead pretend to manager like he only handling team...worst management You can not take leaves on days you want but still on name of work life balance they force you to take random leaves

Capgemini is Good company to work with however GroupIT is worst department. All the egoistical persons are sitting on top position who reached there through promotion only while working serval years in same department hence they don't promotes new and fresh telent. HR is just for name here it's completely dummy department just follow what top management bark. Management is full of self righteous low iq people. Absolute zero hikes and no promotions. Abysmal salary and on top of that management wants everybody to work from office for 9 hours and then work from home for another 3 hours. The India CEO statement of 9.5 hours is absolutely false.

Lot of senior leadership with poor vision and understanding of work load at ground level. Expectation is to work horribly all the time including holidays and weekends. Your choices are not respected , when you request for kind of skill/role , no one listens and you are forced to continue where they feel

Higher management is very friendly Ethical behaviour in organisation No one tries to force you do something which is not under your scope(other than your project work) Location chnage is possible Hybrid work mode is also very flexible(for experienced resource) For freshers it's mandatory WFO You will get nice CTC while joining as an experienced resource. No dress code you can come as you want

No salary hikes but you get promotion 😂(so the CTC you joined should should be high and capgemini give high package while joining as an experienced resource, so won't be any increments further) No bonus Other than this nothing much I observed bad here
