Good for freshers. Good learning exposure.

Micromanagement varies from project to project and from managers to managers. Recognition is negligible. Poor salary compared to market standards.

As a female counterpart, I feel blessed to be the part of Capgemini. My supervisor never forces his decision on me. Quarterly, he ensures he is connecting with everyone in team to know about our well-being and asks suggestions for improvement.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
