I like working at Capgemini because of its supportive environment, which helps in skill development. The team leaders and managers are always encouraging, making it easy to learn and grow. The work culture is not good. They want machine not human and forced to extend like anything and there are incidents happened that some people got offer letter but still HR cancelled their joining which is where shocking.

Just cafeteria is good. Capgemini is very reputable company in cat A. I had a dream to work in mnc company.

Nothing is good. Full of politics, favouriteism and feminisms. If anyone joining this company then beware of some people like, ehtesham akhtar, sudeb banerjee, pinaki ghosh, hardik vadalia, kishore sharma. These are the worst people in the bpo industry in Kolkata. They always provide chance whoever favourite to them. Or you must know how do "talwe chatna ". Management is full of self righteous low iq people. Absolute zero hikes and no promotions. Abysmal salary and on top of that management wants everybody to work from office for 9 hours and then work from home for another 3 hours. The India CEO statement of 9.5 hours is absolutely false.

Lot of senior leadership with poor vision and understanding of work load at ground level. Expectation is to work horribly all the time including holidays and weekends. Your choices are not respected , when you request for kind of skill/role , no one listens and you are forced to continue where they feel

Higher management is very friendly Ethical behaviour in organisation No one tries to force you do something which is not under your scope(other than your project work) Location chnage is possible Hybrid work mode is also very flexible(for experienced resource) For freshers it's mandatory WFO You will get nice CTC while joining as an experienced resource. No dress code you can come as you want

No salary hikes but you get promotion 😂(so the CTC you joined should should be high and capgemini give high package while joining as an experienced resource, so won't be any increments further) No bonus Other than this nothing much I observed bad here
