Nothing is good. Full of politics, favouriteism and feminisms. If anyone joining this company then beware of some people like, ehtesham akhtar, sudeb banerjee, pinaki ghosh, hardik vadalia, kishore sharma. These are the worst people in the bpo industry in Kolkata. They always provide chance whoever favourite to them. Or you must know how do "talwe chatna ". 1. Less Salary for experienced people. Example - 2 years of experience employee getting lower than the freshers salary. 2. No work - life balance, As we work more than the shift hours. 3. HR policies too worsts, I have cleared the technical rounds and not released offer letter. HR reply is previous company which worked 10 yrs back not functions now its in default list. How come employee responsible if any companies closed. If Capgemini also not functioning after some period of time, want to blame employees? I have all the documents and worked genuinely for all companies and requested to HR to check that period of time companies functioning or not. There is under staffing managers forces employees to do extra hour Shifts. Logging on weekends. There is no overtime payment policy. 1 person is tasked to do 2 persons work, also there is no increment in salary.

They not give promotions and opportunities to enhance your skills, manager decide in which project you work and not interested in our interests. It is not good for freshers who want enhance your skill in perticular domain, it is only in managers hand

Geetanjali, Ashish Sharma, Padmini, etc. neither have done any pure play management consulting projects themselves nor have a clue on how to run the team. You will eventually end up in a IT AMS services role as a PM/PO, BA or Scrum master.
