Even they don’t pay the complete variable pay…… No-one knows exactly who decides the ratings n all ….and you won’t get any support from HR or delivery heads when you raise concerns over pay cuts or no appraisal…..Please don’t join if you have other offers in hand …. Capgemini had a good team culture and I enjoyed working there as I had the opportunity to climb up my carrer ladder.Ofcourse the managers arevthere to help at time of emotional or mental crisis.I applaud such managers and for being at the least concerned and allowing the employee to make their desicion.
irrespective of few managers and good work culture the office politics affect and the favourism had shown its own effect on me.when I mentioned about manager I was not comfortable or willing to work with.My requestz were not met due to deadlines.I respect that but not at the cause of repeated requests and at some point I understood the office politics
