I made a big mistake by resigning from my past organization, I was getting a manager role, so I moved here. CG have old culture, like savings means remove people. Senior managers will ask I need automation, but they don't know meaning of Automation. When my team perform automation, instead of appraising it, they will say, now workload is reduced, remove a senior person and hire a fresher in place of him. Now they have made a rule that eaither 1 can be taken. so now people are loosing approx 3,000 per month. which is 36K in year. they have reduced internet expense from 1000 to 500. so 6K per year reduced. so overall loss of 42K per year. also they have variable pay of 10% of your salary. Now in year end, they have given few fellows as 12K hike, so even a duffer can understand that his take home is reduced by 30K. also if you are average performer then they have reduced 12% of variable. so overall, from last year you will lose 50K by default. so before you join this trap, resign ASAP....Read More

Had to learn and deliver 5-6 new technologies/scripting languages in first 4 months. Pathetic managers and higher management, full of micromanagement, has software oriented hours monitoring in laptop. Lots of work pressure, burnout, no work life balance. It's a funding indian Elections and AI. You told me to go for vacations and you terminate me. Even you didn't provide me 1 month leaves that was accumulate by me for last 3-4 years. Pandit, Muslim and Lower caste is a combination which used to make business down and you can see the share market. That's why we facing riot's these days.
Company has a political inclinations towards a certain political party i.e. Congress lead front. Company has huge management cost which should be reduced. It's a Non Indian Multinational company which a threat to security. You is supporting to certain caste. Too much women friendly and too much muslim friendly. You are not focus on your employees. You are helping other companies.

They do not provide you any reason for providing you hike and promotion , the management take the decision , the reason for the decision making on what hike to give a person remains unknown .
