I made a big mistake by resigning from my past organization, I was getting a manager role, so I moved here. CG have old culture, like savings means remove people. Senior managers will ask I need automation, but they don't know meaning of Automation. When my team perform automation, instead of appraising it, they will say, now workload is reduced, remove a senior person and hire a fresher in place of him. resign ASAP. last year, people were getting Oncall and Shift allowance. Now they have made a rule that eaither 1 can be taken. so now people are loosing approx 3,000 per month. which is 36K in year. they have reduced internet expense from 1000 to 500. so 6K per year reduced. so overall loss of 42K per year. also they have variable pay of 10% of your salary. Now in year end, they have given few fellows as 12K hike, so even a duffer can understand that his take home is reduced by 30K. also if you are average performer then they have reduced 12% of variable. so overall, from last year you will lose 50K by default. so before you join this trap, resign ASAP....Read More

Had to learn and deliver 5-6 new technologies/scripting languages in first 4 months. Pathetic managers and higher management, full of micromanagement, has software oriented hours monitoring in laptop. Lots of work pressure, burnout, no work life balance. No information about the last working day untill the last working day. Even after followup for 1 continuous month, there is no clear information about the work order extension. I asked the manager about the work order extension for every single day and no reply about it. Ensure you have rapo with your vertical head or manager, more than your project manager. Because if your are thrown out of current project, you will be deployed to the new project by your vertical head. Some projects require mandatory work from office. You will not get to know untill the project go live. Transition project is worst, because current project handling company will not be easily handover the KT to the new team. Multiple information will not be provided properly. You will be always considered as choice for temporary period. Once the transition is completed and project goes live, old company employee will replace you at anytime.
