Favoritism is more and more. Person having no technical knowledge and poor performance get good ratings but who is working hard and even manager know the same still don't get a single value in terms of appraisal cycle. Management at Pune is discustting for major relocation which impacted employees traveling not considered even not asingle relocation allowance nor bothered to have word with employees.
